How to collect trade license?
Doing business without a trade license is a crime in the eyes of the law. If you want to do any business, you have to get a trade license first. If someone does business without it, he may be sued. There is a provision of jail-fine in the case. It's not just a matter of legal obligation to get a license. This trade license is useful for a business organization. For example: to take a bank loan, to open a bank account of a business organization, to go abroad for business related business etc. Trade license is very necessary. Trade licenses are issued by the Union Council.

 
License fee:
License is issued through payment of license fee. Usually the license fee ranges from a minimum of Rs 200 to a maximum of Rs 28,000. These fees are determined according to the size or type of business organization.
License renewal:
Each trade license is valid for one year. It has to be renewed after 1 year. You must apply for a license renewal within three months of the expiration of the said license.
