According to the Date of Birth Registration Act, 2017, detailed discussions were made between the attendees regarding fees collection. The requested members were requested to inform the local public about the matter.

3) In today's meeting, there was a detailed discussion among the present members about the law and order of the union. The present members said that the law and order of the union is satisfactory. The president requested the present members to maintain the law and order of their respective wards.
(4) In today's meeting, there was a detailed discussion among the present members about prevention of child marriage. The present members said that the public of the area is very aware about child marriage. It is known that there is no child marriage anywhere in the union. The president requested the present members to keep a watchful eye on this matter. A decision is taken to immediately inform the appropriate authorities when child marriages are organized.
(5) In today's meeting, education related issues were discussed in detail among the members present. In today's meeting, it was decided to give advice to the people of the area regarding the admission of the school-going children of the area at the beginning of next year. A decision was taken to take necessary measures in consultation with the school teachers so that all the boys and girls can be admitted to the school.
6) In today's meeting, there was a detailed discussion among the members present about health services. It was decided to advise the public of the area to receive basic health services from the community clinics of their respective areas. Since there was no further important discussion in today's meeting, the chairman thanked all those present and announced the end of the meeting.
