Service List

A) Freedom fighter family.

L) River broken family.

M) A widow or husband abandoned family with a capable son.

N) Agricultural land and unemployed families.

O) Agricultural land is not more than 0.10 acres but agricultural land is not agricultural land.

P) A family which has become landless due to the acquisition.

2. According to the rules published in the Gazette of 12th May 1997, the application form will be submitted to the upazila level office. The scheduled application is supplied from the upazila level office.

      Also, the application form will be available in the union council information center.


                   All necessary documents should be submitted with the application


    A) Chairman of the Union Parishad's land certification letter as landless.

     B) Certified photocopies of the freedom fi ghters if the freedom fighter.

     C) Citizenship / Character Certificates by the Chairman of Union Parishad.

     D) 03 (three) copies of passport size photographs are attested by the Chairman of Union Parishad.

B. D. A) Applicants should apply in the name of both husband and wife. If you do not have a husband, you have to apply for the name of a single child, and the person who is applying will take pictures of both of them,

              Must have to fill in the clear.

         B) The application can not be requested for obtaining the periphery land belonging to the records, rivers, ponds, halts and land.


Regarding the management of the property


1. Record of vested property, registers, case documents and lists are stored.

2. The vested property of the case is lease annually.

3. Lease is an annual renewal of the paid property.

4. Salamis are accepted at the rate fixed by the government for the payment of the vested property lease.
